Scout Day at Lime Rock
Lime Rock Park is holding its annual Scout Day. It includes the opportunity to camp on the infield of the race track on Friday night, followed by a day of car races and programming for scouts on Saturday. Please note: This is a "family event" (families will organize attending on their own).

About the event
Enjoy a fall weekend at the races!
o Friday night camping optional, races begin Saturday morning, Salisbury, CT
o Family activity (i.e., not run by Pack 39)
o Lime Rock Park is a car race track in Salisbury, CT
o Scouts can camp on the infield of the race track on Friday night, watch races throughout the day on Saturday and check out classic and exotic cars (Note to campers: Food is available to purchase, though lines can be long; consider bringing a picnic dinner or leaving the infield after setting up camp to grab food).
o Attended by Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA from across the northeast
o Siblings and other family members welcome
o Families register and pay individually; Pack 39 will reimburse cost of ticket for registered Cub Scouts and adult leaders
o This event is hosted by the CT Yankee Council. If you would like to attend, please feel free, though our pack is not specifically coordinating attendance among pack families.
